Purchase Details

  1. Cookies and privacy: Cookies collect and analyze traffic data and efficiency of the website. The only personal data retained are your name, email or physical address for a purchase or email address if you sign up for a newsletter.

  2. Finishing and hanging: Paintings can be finished with your choice of a satin or gloss varnish and are shipped ready to hang with professional grade wire and attachments. A signed certificate of authenticity is included with each painting.

  3. Payment: Pricing is in Canadian dollars. Payment can be made by PayPal, email transfer or credit card. Applicable Canadian taxes will be added to the purchase price. If paying over time would help you make your purchase decision, please contact me to discuss payment over time.

  4. Shipping costs: are calculated at the time of purchase. Artwork is sent through Canada Post or a commercial courier. Non-Canadian clients are responsible for determining and paying duty and applicable taxes of their jurisdiction.

  5. Donation of 50% of the purchase price: Fifty percent of art sales are donated to Canadian nature organizations listed on my Artist Statement page..

  6. Damage on arrival: If you see damage to the box, please advise me immediately and send photos of (1) the box prior to opening and (2) any damage to the artwork.

  7. Guarantee of satisfaction: I want you to be thrilled with your new painting. If you aren’t, notify me within 5 days and return the artwork in the original packaging within 10 days of arrival. On receipt of the painting in undamaged form, I’ll promptly refund the purchase price and any Canadian taxes paid as part of the purchase price. Shipping, taxes, duty or other costs incurred by you unfortunately can’t be refunded.

  8. Copyright, ownership and reproduction rights: I retain all rights to images of artwork I create, including the right to make reproductions of my artwork including for sold and commissioned paintings.
